For many years, it's been my custom to wake up in the morning (very early on days that I work, unfortunately), make some sort of caffeinated beverage, and check my email. Generally, I'll wake up to quite a few emails in my various inboxes (I have 4 I check regularly, adn a 5th business address that forwards to one of the other 4). This leads me to wonder: who is emailing me in the middle of the night? Sure, a lot of it's BACN, but no matter how late I stay up or how early I rise, I'll awaken to a mother lode of mail. Anyone else have this problem?

What's the message here, REALLY?

My friend Beth is a high school librarian who recently cleared some old YA (stands for "Young Adult") titles from her shelves. Some of these books, which date back to the early 70's (and maybe earlier) have some pretty funny book jackets, which Beth wittily lampoons in her blog: Judging the Books. If you have a good sense of humor and don't take literature too seriously (not that you could call all of it literature), check it out!

Earlier this afternoon, I stumbled upon a MobileMe download from Macworld...I actually had access to apple's new "me.com" for a total of fifteen minutes...but now it's GONE?!!!?

Anyone else experience this phenomenon?
